Description

Independent production company, established in 1986, as the first independent film production company in Slovenia (then part of Yugoslavia) and among first in former Yugoslavia. In 1994 they established Vertigo, another production arm. They produced or co-produced 30 feature films including "Slovenian Girl"(2009) and "Spare parts" (2003), both directed by Kozole; "Bread and milk" (2001), directed by Jan Cvitkovic (Lion of the future award in Venice FF); "Beneath her window" (2003), directed by Metod Pevec; "Idle running" (1999), directed by Janez Burger; "The world is big and salvation lurks around the corner" (2008), directed by Stephan Komandarev; "I am from Titov Veles" (2007), directed by Teona Mitevska; and "Border post" (2006), directed by Rajko Grlic. Vertigo / Emotionfilm’s films were screened widely on the festival circuit and received many internatiolnal recognitions.
