Operating primarily as senior debt provider, EPF lends against tax credits, contracted pre-sales, and unsold rights. Over the last 12 months we have provided over $150m in production financing to film and television projects around the world. EPF also provides bridge and mezzanine financing for select projects.EPF’s principals, Craig McMahon, Charles Auty, Ted Cawrey and David Demasi have between them over 70 years’ experience across multiple aspects of the media sector.
