Our releases include THE DAY HE CHOSE HIS OWN FATE by Koji Wakamatsu, HAN GONG-JU by Lee Sujin, DEATH IN THE LAND OF ENCANTOS by Lav Diaz, SUZHOU RIVER (4K) by Lou Ye as well as FORGET ME NOT by David Sieveking, DIOR AND I by Frederic Tcheng, CHRISTO: WALKING ON WATER by Andrey M. Paounov, LOVE IT WAS by Maya Sarfaty, to name a few.
Dissidenz Films looks into international sales of bold radical niche films on the one hand and coproduction of Asian films by filmmakers with a unique artistic vision on the other hand. SCHIRKOA: IN LIES WE TRUST by Ishan Shukla is Dissidenz Films’ first animated feature as a main producer. The movie world premiered at IFFR 2024 and received the NETPAC Award. Dissidenz Films has also co-produced Japanese director Sayaka Kai’s second feature film ADABANA, set to world premiere in 2024.
