Most recently, he served as Director of Narrative Film at Participant, the award-winning studio that pioneered projects at the intersection of art and activism. At Participant, Nájera developed, oversaw, or acquired feature films like Mounia Akl's Costa Brava, Lebanon, Christopher Zalla’s Radical, Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Rob Peace, as well as the upcoming films White Bird
