Description
De Mensen is the largest independent Belgian production company & has been producing highly-rated (inter)national television programs since 2001. In 2012 De Mensen expanded its activities into feature film production & fiction for television. Brothers United, Beau Séjour (sold to ARTE France/Germany & Netflix) & Chaussée d’Amour (highest rating sVOD show in Belgium) are De Mensen’s first fiction productions, with several other projects in development, production & postproduction, such as Team Chocolate & Undercover. In order to produce more fiction, De Mensen acquired Les Gens & Skyline Entertainment, two established fiction production companies. The latter produced shows such as Professor T. (remakes in France (TF1) & Germany (ZDF)) & Salamander (American remake by ABC). Since 2015, all tax shelter activities of De Mensen are carried out by a new venture established within the company group: Gardner & Domm. This makes De Mensen a trustworthy partner for (inter)national co-productions.
