Description
SOFICAs are private investment funds that invest in the film and audiovisual sector. Since their creation by the law of July 11, 1985, they have contributed each year to the production of more than a third of French films. The SOFICA Cineventure is financed by its shareholders, who benefit from a 48% tax reduction on the amount invested. Cineventure has raised €35 million from more than 4,800 private clients.
