Description
Le Méliès is a 4 screen- art house cinema in Saint-Etienne, ran by a small team of dedicated and passionate movie lovers. All the films are screened in their original language. All of us here beleive in the films we are showing, and we try to promote originality, independance and talent. We often support the films by organizing debates, cine-clubs or festivals, by hosting French and foreign film makers (here or via Skype), etc... As a member of the Europa Cinemas Network, we also make a strong point of encouraging European films. All of our films and events can be found in a monthly program which is very widely distributed in and around Saint-Etienne.
