Description
Cine Colombia is the most important Exhibitor and Distributor in Colombia, with nearly a 50% market share in both areas. With 45 theaters, 307 screens, and operating in 13 cities. It represents FOX and distributes product from most Latin American Consortiums, and acquires rights from many independent companies. Of the 350 titles released yearly, it releases nearly 120 titles through it's 4 independent distribution units, including an Art House and Alternative Content unit.
Objective
To continue consolidating it's Distribution and Exhibition Divisions, including alternative content. Presently 100 additional screens under construction. Presently implementing the MACCS system for distribution, which is the most sophisticated and complete system in the world for Distribution control and reporting. Open other entertainment divisions, such as a live venue ticketing system and bring to Colombia live entertainment venues. In 2014 we were very successful with "Disney on Ice".
