Founded by Nansun Shi and Jeffrey Chan, Distribution Workshop is a HongKong-based joint-venture with Bona Film Group, the holding company of Beijing Bona Film Distribution Co. Ltd., which is one of the largest independent distributors in China. In order to provide the best exposure of their products in Chinese language territories, Nansun and Jeffrey expand the distribution map in 2016 by setting up offices in Taiwan- A Really Happy Film Company Limited; and in China-A Really Happy Film Distribution (Beijing) Company Limited (ARHF Beijing). ARHF Beijing has recently co-distributed MIDNIGHT DINER 2 in China in 2017
