    • Synopsis
    • 1981, Olivier and Léon Mandel and their buddy Sylvain make the acquaintance of gorgeous, idealist Noémie in the wild celebrations that follow the election of a the new French president. Throughout two decades, their paths will intersect as they all stake their claim to a place in the sun: Olivier becomes the go-to guy for politicians with image problems; his brother Leon screws up a promising career in journalism; Noémie has affairs with them both and lands a prize job with French president; and Sylvain makes a fortune in soft-porn.
