- Synopsis
- JAVIER (Fernán Mirás), real state promoter, gets into the bar “La Ronda” and unexpectedly breaks up with his girlfriend LUCÍA (Sofía Gala Castiglione), bar waitress. He thinks she is not at his level. Showing apartments, Javier falls in love with a client, MÓNICA (Mercedes Morán), who does not seem to be very interested on the apartments. She just looks at the adornments and pictures of the libraries. Javier tries to please her with great care and she decides to paint her house leaving Javier behind. LUIS (Rafael Spregelburd), the painter, lives with Mónica for a couple of weeks and witnesses the great loneliness for which is going through this mysterious woman. With some color on the walls, Mónica starts getting out of her depression. Little by little she has feelings for Luís but one day he is gone. By chance Luís meets JULIA (Leonora Balcarce), a beautiful actress who is interested on him because she thinks he is an art painter. Luís mingles for some days on off theatre life and falls in love with Julia. On night, she goes to his house and there she realizes of her mistake and she escapes without saying anything to him. Later, at a party, Julia meets MAX (Walter Jakob), an eccentric film director. He is shooting a film and she wants to act. They like each other and Max offers her a small part in the last scene of the film. The shooting takes place on the bar “La Ronda”, where the best happens behind the scenes, where Lucía, the bar waitress, continues with her usual work while she enjoys watching the shooting. The circle closes in a very unexpected way.
