    • Synopsis
    • Hiroto is playing the trumpet at jazz club at university. One day, his father told him his grand father Kenzaburo, who his father told him dead, is actually alive and going to live together. Kenzaburo has been in hospital for a long time for Hansen’s disease. Because it is misunderstood and biased, his mother hesitates living together. Hiroto feels close to Kenzaburo, who loves jazz and once was a leader and the trumpet player of the legendary jazz band “Cool Jazz Quintette.” However, Kenzabro leaves them without a word. He takes off to make sure to keep the 50-years promise and to get back the time bound he lost. Hiroto follows him and gets struck by his will. But for Kenzaburo, time is not left much any more…
