This documentary jam session loosely inspired by Puccini's La Boheme talks, in crazy situations, about three artists of the life, dying and death: Laco Deczi - trumpet, Jan Jankeje - double bass, Lubomír Tamaškovic - saxophone. They do not do anything, they are simply trying to survive.

    • Synopsis
    • Film jam session. The story of three extraordinary jazzmen. They all started together. Each of them is from the same generation, influenced by the Russian occupation of Czechoslovakia in 1968. Each of them is an emigrant: Laco Deczi - trumpet, Ján Jankeje - double bass and Lubomír Tamaškovič - saxophone.

      Laco Deczi's close friend, jazz harmonika player Chris DePino who was Republican State Party Chairman of Connecticut for seven years, who is close to President George W. Bush, is attempting to put on a concert of the Czechoslovak Jazz Stars in the George W. Bush ranch in Texas commemorating the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
