- Prudence is an naive farm girl with an talent for hair braiding and fashion design. She dreams of escaping her homeland to become an world class haute couture fashion designer.
  Timid, inexperienced and uneducated she is easily seduced into the glamorous lifestyle of Italy into the deep dark world of the Mafia crime circuit.
  Forced against her will as an high paid escort, she becomes pregnant by one of her abusive clients. She is blackmailed by her Madame to give up her child for adoption as a means to pay off her travel debt into Italy. The Madame sells her child to an affluent foreign family and does not release her from her debt. Her Madame treats her like an commodity to exploit for her own personal financial gain. With the devastating lost of her child, she decides to plot against her Madame and the Mafia crime network.
  She begins to feels the wrath of her Madame when she attempts to make her first escape. Her Madame punishes her by forcing her to live in a forest on a roadside mattress selling her body. She is scorned by the Italian locals and beaten by her clients.
  Prudence is then taken to Milan to service high profile politicians. She is heavily guarded and protected by her body guard pimp named Francesco. Unbeknown to her, Francesco is an undercover Carabinieri (military officer) working to dismantle the Mafia crime circuit and expose high profile politicians roles in corruption and connections with the sex trade industry.
