- Following the hopes and dreams of a couple of dancers competing at Tangomarkkinat (annual Finnish tango festival), the film will penetrate the fascinating universe of this rather unknown cousin of the original argentine tango and show its deep relation with the very heart of Finland´s culture and sensibility.
  This captivating journey will lead us to meet finnish director Aki Kaurismäki, as well as several strong characters of Finland´s artistic and intellectual scene, who will contribute through their testimonies to communicate their love and interest for a music which keeps on standing for itself in the 21st century.
  Questioning this passion we´ll be discovering the peculiar atmosphere of Finland and have a taste of its mentality, its powerfull nature and genuine melancholy.
