After cooking at some of the world’s most prestigious restaurants, including working for Ferran Adria at El Bulli, Redzepi, became head chef and co-founder of Noma in 2003 at the age of just 25. Since then, he has received huge international acclaim, including Noma’s recognition as the Best Restaurant in the world in 2010, 2011, and 2012. In April 2012, Redzepi was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the world.
