- Synopsis
- Antonio, a young published writer, decides to travel into the Atacama Desert in Chile searching for inspiration to write a new novel. He hitches rides from strangers as he travels to the desert. Antonio reaches a village which he likes and starts to inspect its surroundings. Biking through the desert Antonio makes a gruesome discovery, the man who gave him a ride into town has been shot dead. Quickly, Antonio becomes the prime suspect of murder in the eyes of Chilean police. Under intense investigation, Antonio befriends Florencia, a Chilean woman who has a secret that may help him to uncover the murder mystery surrounding him, the police and an even older crime which may provide him with the story he was longing to find.
