- Synopsis
- The moving story of three sisters: Afrodita, the youngest sister, stopped speaking after her mother’s sudden departure and her father’s death; Sapho, the middle one, prepared for anything in her search of a new life; Slavica, the eldest sister, a drug addict, employed at the local factory.
  “I am from Titov Veles” is the story about Afrodita’s determination and her sacrifice. It is about the tormented relationship of three sisters and their battle against their destiny, in a highly polluted environment created by human negligence and ignorance, a product of forceful socialist industrialisation, a city of “lost souls”.
