    • HABIB has always tried to find a home in Germany. When, after decades, he unexpectedly runs into his first love from his Turkish village, he is completely thrown. His son NECO hates his father for his German conformity, and dreams a Turkey which he doesn’t know. Torn between wife, young son and mistress, Neco’s involvement with petty mob scams inflicts on him a resounding defeat.
BRUNO is a successful businessman, until he is kicked out of his own company for alleged embezzlement. Directly in front of Habib’s Takeaway, he starts a sit-in strike in order to vindicate the wrong done to him. An old man roams around the Takeaway on the trash-covered square. This is INGO, searching for the right connection. He wants to speak to his daughter one last time, to beg for her forgiveness.
Four men’s destinies slam into each other and intertwine on four balmy summer nights. Old wounds are reopened, new ones appear, unexpectedly there is a new closeness. And, when the sun rises over the city and the striking garbage men, finally ensure German order again, nothing is the same for these four men.
A film about missed chances and a quality of homesickness which is greater than any country.
