- Synopsis
- An impressive smoke cloud visible from all points of the city spread on Sunday March 5th of 2006 from the Diego Portales building, Santiago de Chile. The big iron surface fund over huge pilars and collapsed, leaving visible the story of a building that, 34 years before, was the celebration for the Third Conference of the United Nations about Commerce and Developement on the Third World (UNCTAD III).
