- October 1937. Asturias is taken by the franquist army. Republicany fighters try to scape by sea. A group of galician anti-fascits fighters, from the Galician battalion leaded by the anarchist José Moreno Torres, fail trying to scape and moves them to Galicia, their treil dissapears in Acevo´s mountain, in the border beetwen Asturias and Galicia.
  Neither their family nor their partners knows ever the group destiny. Nevertheless and spite of the repression impossed during the franchist dictactorship, a popular romance starts to circulate beetwen the proximities of the Acevo; it tells the last moments of this group.
  Children who was witness of these events or receptors of these stories, tell in Broken Memories, the cruel destiny suffered by the Commander Moreno and his partners.
